Reaction Coffee Roasters (Tsim Sha Tsui)

We enjoyed two breakfasts at Reaction Coffee Roasters which was just a few minutes walk from our hotel. The coffee was excellent, food tasty and service spot on. Great quality overall and highly recommended if you’re around this part of Hong Kong just a few steps from exit P3 of East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station.

Delicious coffee is served here. The Brown Sugar Latte with less sweet and with oat milk, is the best my wife has ever had. While me, finding the Flat White and Dirty are well composed.

We went during lunch time. We felt food tasted great and the coffee was also great. I added extra one shot of espresso in the rose latte. Tasted perfect with the extra coffee. They had lots of options for vegetarians if you eat eggs Without eggs, maybe two or three options there. The sourdough malt bread tasted really really good.

The flat white is very nice. I also tried the dessert cheese cake brulee. Very nice and yummy. One staff was not very nice, black and not friendly even she was throwing bill clipper in front of my face. This lady long hair all white hair not polite to pity this gorgeous restaurant having this kind staff.

Got a bit of vegetarian options. Not too bad but nothing to write home. Not sure about the other food options though

Friendly staff and usually the food quality is very decent and consistent - with the exception of the Tom Yum risotto that is new on the menu, which honestly totally missed the mark. Looks and tastes like more of a soupy rice dish honestly. Will have to stick with burgers and other pasta dishes next time. :(

I love this kind of coffee shops with wonderful breakfast. I had the avocado & scramble eggs and it was delicious, special due to the slide almonds and the caramelized almonds on the side (so different and so delicious). The staff is really attentive and professional and they can speak perfect English

Dinner was great, we got crab salad, tofu fries, char siu burger, and key lime pie. Crab salad was delicious with fresh mango and green apples and sumptuous servings of real crab meat. The portion actually looked bigger than that of the web menu photo! The tofu fries was a really nice surprise, chewy texture. Never had anything like that before for tofu... an interesting invention. My friend said the char siu burger was great, very juicy. The pineapple in the burger was fried and was a real nice surprise too, the sweet and sour went well with the char siu... reminiscence of the pineapple ham/party pineapple sausage, yes pineapple does goes well with pork and there's heart in frying the pineapple first. The key lime pie was tasty too but slightly too rich for my liking coz there's cheese in it, tasted more like key lime cheesecake to me... if there's cheese in the key lime pie probably should've mentioned it in the menu coz I was trying to avoid cheese. All in all, great dining experience esp. with the by the window table.
